GARRAFEIRA TIO PEPE
Founded in 1986, the Wine project Tio Pepe was supported by the experience of the wine business acquired since 1940, through three generations of family Cândido da Silva.
Aged in soleras for approximately 4 years, our fino sherry is a pale straw colour, with a delicate yet pungent almond aroma. It is not acidic and is very dry and light on the palate. It should be drunk at a temperature of between 4șC and 7șC, ideally with tapas, or to accompany shellfish, seafood, Spanish ham and mild cheese.
