Palate: The initial impression is of the sweet vanilla flavor of the old American bourbon kegs. This results in an increase in the taste of mature fruits. A gentle touch of hazelnut and roasted wood complements the alembic's spices. Finish: A pleasantly long finish with sugary notes of vanilla slowly evolving into barley grains with a touch of charred oak.

Cooper's Croze is a carefully created handcrafted whiskey that carries the sweetness of vanilla, the flavors of the fruit, floral and spicy notes and the influence of the oak. We can always remove the whiskey from the wood but we will never be able to remove the wood from the whiskey.
