Color: Very dark brown, depth of black and very green hues (indication of being very old). Aroma: Extremely complex and in constant evolution. Coffee, toasted bread, cigar smoke, iris flower, balsamic, acacia, dates, caramel, honey, spices (lots of black pepper, some cloves and saffron). Palate: Very elegant, constantly evolving (as in aroma), very soft, excellent sugar/acidity ratio. Finish: Very long.
