With a dense purple color and a ruby rim, this Vintage has a closed aroma, where ripe black fruit such as black plum stands out and a slight sensation of dry leaves with hints of ginger. In the mouth there is a fine tannin that envelops all the fruit and a large, dense and powerful volume. An originally long-lasting and complex wine.

Slightly refreshed, it expresses all the sophistication when combined with desserts based on caramel, nuts and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly, tarte tatin, crème brûlée and medium-intensity cheeses. Extraordinary marriage with a refreshing tangerine parfait.
