Blend Nº12 challenges traditional ideas of what a ruby port should be. Head Winemaker, Charles Symington, ventured to our higher altitude vineyards to find the perfect parcels of the indigenous Touriga Nacional variety for this fresh ruby blend. Harvesting took place at midnight to avoid the hot daytime temperatures – the time giving Blend Nº12 its name.
