Golden in color, it shows a complex aroma of dried fruits, where orange peel and dried figs stand out, as well as walnuts and toasted almonds. A floral touch completes the nose. In the mouth it is very fine and balanced, with a vibrant acidity balancing its sweet character, interacting perfectly with the brandy and giving the wine a superb structure.
