Complexity, very concentrated aroma, with black forest fruits, notes of licorice, spices, violets, bergamot, rockrose... in balance with very elegant French oak notes. Long and enveloping, the fruit can be felt at the end of the mouth, firm, very ripe and smooth tannins, fresh and very elegant, allowing for an excellent aging in the bottle.
Enjoy it with meat and game dishes, cured cheeses or just a cigar.
At last, and dare i say not the least, producing the wines i´ve always dreamt of, gave me a new lease on life.

Made with grapes from selected vineyards and planted with the traditional Douro Superior varieties, combining grapes from different altitudes, we sought to make a wine with a gastronomic character, with elegance, freshness and complexity.
