The color is vivid and open. In appearance it is probably the wine most similar to a Pinot Noir from Burgundy. On the nose it reveals the complexity of the grape varieties and old vines that give rise to it. It starts with floral notes of violet, brief nuances of graphite on a base of red fruits such as raspberries, currants and cherries. The wood is extremely discreet, but complemented by balsamic notes or a menthol that makes it very sophisticated. In the mouth it is the maximum expression of elegance, precision, with a delicate structure and excellent acidity. Finishes long, persistent, spicy and fresh.
