The wine is delivered in an open, soft and loving way. Very attractive, soft and enveloping aromas. In the mouth, initially with an unexpected flavor, it immediately continues with a volume of flavors, giving balance and freshness to the wine. In the end it shows a great balance, very appetizing, leaving many fruit marks, elegant and fine, for a long period.
Monte Xisto Órbita is a blend of several grape varieties and plots from Quinta do Monte Xisto (30% of a blend plot and 70% of Touriga Nacional), with different sun exposures that surround, orbiting the Quinta's vineyard area. The search for a less extracted wine, with less wood, another version of Quinta do Monte Xisto maintaining the dominant characteristics of its terroir: complexity, structure and elegance.
