Color: Very concentrated. Aroma: Nose of great depth, complex, with many aromatic nuances, without any aroma overlapping another. Palate: The tasting is vibrant, in an assemblage of great elegance, excellent wood integration, surprising for the wide variety of flavors, with a very long finish.
Meat and game dishes well-structured and rich in flavor.
(PRODUCT LIMITED TO 1 BOTTLE PER CLIENT) After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by foot stomping for four hours in granite wine presses (lagares). The must is transferred to small capacity vats with temperature control. The varieties are vinified separately. Aging takes place in 225L French oak barrels (60% new and 40% second year).
