Excellent color, vivid and deep. Floral aromas combined with red fruits and wild. Intense notes of fruit, showing a very prolonged aftertaste. fresh and complex.
(PRODUCT LIMITED TO 1 BOTTLE PER CLIENT) After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by foot stomping for four hours in granite wine presses (lagares). The must is transferred to small capacity vats with temperature control. The varieties are vinified separately. Aging takes place in 225L French oak barrels (60% new and 40% second year).
