Bright ruby of medium intensity. Clean, intense and complex nose. Good balance between fruit and wood. Of the fruity notes, aromas of ripe black currant and raspberry stand out, herbaceous aromas of tomato leaves and camphor give freshness to the bouquet, complemented by characteristic notes of partial aging in French oak barrels such as vanilla, mocha and toast. In the mouth the warmer notes are evident. Intense and refined, with a present tannin, but fine, full-bodied and with evidence of the heat of the Pias lands, where this zezeroso comes from.
