Beautiful floral registry with notes of roses denoting an impressive freshness. A clear fragrance of vegetation of the saw with a slight smoke, almost imperceptible, to reflect the irreprehensible integration of the new barrel. Snug in the mouth, powerful and seductive, rich and sweet, although with the fruit very precise. The expressive tannins, but well laced, support an imposing structure that suggests great guarding ability. Its enchanting freshness and filigree architecture allow for a pleasant experience, especially in the company of game dishes.
Vinha do Souto is a wine made from grapes from the selective vintage of plots where very special and special conditions are recognized. It deals with some specific areas of Alicante Bouchet and Syrah, where the reduced vigor of the vineyard and the low yields, allow to produce grapes and wines that, maintaining the profile naturally fresh of the mountain range, have a concentration and complexity absolutely remarkable.
