Pale yellow color. It shows a very delicate and elegant white fruit, notes with soft buttery nuances and toast from the prolonged stage. The bubble is very thin, melting in the mouth, the body is full, in a perfect acid balance, with a wide, refined, classy result.

Enjoying it on its own, as an exquisite sparkling wine, it accompanies delicate delicacies such as oysters, smoked salmon, or fish lean with butter sauce.
