Fresh mineral and salty attack, it has the matrix of the Azorean grape varieties and Terroir, but with a more exuberant, more tropical flavor, more Azorean pineapples and passion fruit, with fresh fruit with acidity.
The Volcanic Series are wines of volcanic origin, where the soils, poor and stony, challenge the own definition of agricultural soil. In this almost "mother rock", in the middle of the Atlantic and at the base of the largest mountain in Portugal, where nothing else could grow, the grapes of this White Volcanic have matured as much as the brave Azorean climate.
