Pale yellow color. A fruity and intense aroma where notes of exotic fruit predominate. Fruity palate with nuances of tropical fruits. At the end it is slightly acid, which gives it elegance and presence.

GASTRONOMY

The balanced acidity of this mineral and fresh wine perfectly combines with seafood, white meats, light salads, pastas and appetizers like peanuts and toasted almonds.

Produced with grapes from the main white varieties of Alentejo, Roupeiro (50%) and Antão Vaz (20%), are complemented by Fernão Pires (30%). In the third week of August the harvest began with the harvest of Fernão Pires followed by the Roupeiro and Antão Vaz. The grape varieties were vinified separately, fermenting at low temperatures to conserve the aromas. After a very gentle pressing and a static cold settling, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. The Roupeiro and Antão Vaz give the wine floral and tropical notes, Fernão Pires gives notes of exotic fruits.
