Wine of crystalline appearance, faint straw color, aroma of ripe tropical fruit with notes of citrus, in the mouth it is balanced and fresh.
GASTRONOMY
It goes very well with salads, seafood and fish.
After the selection of the grapes in the vineyards of our associates, manual harvesting is carried out. In the cellar, they are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed, followed by a light skin maceration (about 8h) in order to extract all the aromatic compounds from the film. Subsequently the grapes are pressed with oxidation protections from which the tear must is extracted, which after static clarification, ferment in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (15 / 16º) to preserve all the aromas.
