Wine produced from three or four of the best aged tawnys wines in oak barrels of 35,000 liters to obtain wines with a test age of ten years. Wines with complex aroma, revealing in the test usually great elegance. A tawny color with brownish tones and aroma of dried futos (walnuts and toasted almonds) and candied fruits (orange peel), notes of resins and spices (cedar, pepper and curry). On the palate it is Intense but delicate, complex but smooth, with an austere and balanced finish. Consume with perfect combinations with foie gras, blue cheese and sweet desserts such as a chocolate cake between 10ºC and 12ºC.
