When pouring, it immediately emanates a fresh and spicy aroma, reminiscent of sunny mountain pastures – with notes of citrus and the typical alpine herbs arnica, lady's cloak and thistle. Warm, sweet and peppery, with a clear juniper aroma in the background. On the palate, the Alpinist is quite spicy. A balanced combination of citrus, pepper and mountain herbs prevails. The finish is elegant, strong and long.
