It thrives on its airy, fruity transparency, which doesn't require much alcohol as a flavor carrier. On the other hand, the residual sugar content is slightly higher, which makes it super drinkable and vinous. Piesporter Goldtropchen's 40-year-old Riesling vines bring with them such a fine, fresh acidity that it perfectly balances the existing sweetness. This spicy "Cabi" is not only very good, but really great and intense for all its lightness.
The ideal wine for those who want to spend a little more time in the day, perfect as an aperitif and with light meals.
