Its appearance reminds us of a thin, light tear, with a clean and shiny appearance. Medium-high aromatic intensity, initial fruity notes of pear, ripe banana and light details of honey from sugar cane. We find a very marked minerality integrated among the present fruit. In a second instance, cereal details that take a subtle step towards the aromas coming from the barrels that resemble mild spices.
