During the ageing process, the Maestro Ronero chooses amongst the best barrels and the best blends, the one which will be the final rum that is again left to rest until it can be filtered and bottled. The ageing of the Havana Club 3 Años allows it to develop Sugar Cane and Citrus aromas that make it unique and perfect to mix in cocktails.
