Santiago De Cuba Carta Blanca is a white rum which has both a lightness and smoothness to its flavour. Blended with young aromas of fruit and flower, the flavour is round, sweet and fresh. Its hot, mellow and fruity flavours make it the perfect rum for making cocktails, especially the famous "Mojito".
Works very vell in a margarita.
The Carta Blanca rum from Santiago de Cuba is a molasses-based rum which is initially aged in oak casks and filtered before bottling, removing the colour but not the flavour (making it a good choice for cocktails).
