Golden color with hints of honey. Perfect aroma of balanced mixture of Scottish heather and honey, with delicate notes of pear and a hint of oak. A lovely palate of smooth vanilla with honey and flowering heather, well rounded, with a light smoky feel. Medium finish, slightly dry, with a touch of heather/honey, which lingers.
