This gin is produced by a unique process which combines traditional methods and the forefront of dining distillation techniques based on low temperature distillation. This process preserves the essence and freshness of a selection of Mediterranean ingredients and a selection of exotic botanicals. The essence and the fresh selection of Mediterranean plants (lemon, cedar, laurel) and exotic (kaffir lime leaves, black cardamom, coriander seeds) are combined in the right proportions with juniper, enables a gin of superior quality, taste and unique aroma. GINRAW is made in small batches to ensure product excellence.
