Slight cava, much appreciated for its freshness. The predominance of the Parellada caste in the coupage and the controlled temperature fermentation of 12º, give it fine and intense aromas, predominating the fruity ones. The bubble, thin and persistent forms an excellent crown. It is clean in flavors, light and with an elegant and broad retronasal way.
