Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 Plénitude 2 has expanded. When it touches the tongue, its edges rise up the palate, filling a more complete tactile space. The acidity intertwines with bitter and umami nuances, as if braided, thus becoming more consistent. It unfolds like the wave of Kanagawa, sparkling, radiant, smooth. Crystallised lemon, bergamot, white peach, cocoa, roasted coffee. Its freshness is vibrant and silky, with a sunny, slightly iodised presence.

This cuvée can be enjoyed with ham, oysters, caviar, anchovies and tuna belly.
