The initial aroma reveals spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, which blend with refreshing citrus aromas such as blood orange and kumquat. The second impression is more floral, revealing violet and peony, complemented by fresh, briny notes of oyster shell. The attack is enveloping and silky, with notes of tart red fruits such as pomegranate and redcurrant. The mid-palate is smooth and briny.
