Golden pale yellow color with soft green reflections, a vibrant, luminous color. Active effervescence and persistent release. A second aroma is very fine and floral, with notes of white flowers and white fruits (white peach, pineapple). A soft, harmonious, very rounded first taste in the mouth. A wine that is not excessive, supported by its excellent freshness.
A perfect champagne for an aperitif, especially in summer or spring. A table of aromas that goes very well with all seafood and shellfish, it is perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. It also goes well with brazed plaice.
The vast majority come from Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards, for aromatic refinement, complemented by Sézannais wines known for their maturity. Finally, several wines from the north of Vala Vesle add a light and fresh touch.
