At first, the aroma is delicate, fresh and fruity, full of white pulp fruits (pears, Bosc apples), apricots, as well as fresh hazelnuts and almonds. Various floral and spicy notes add an extra hint of complexity. The second aroma reveals an excellent olfactory intensity with a brioche biscuit base. A direct and frank assault on the palate. A balanced, round and full-bodied wine, with a scent of ripe fruit (plums and nectarines) The finish is long, the well-integrated dose gives way to the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay, which is the main constituent of the blend.

A perfect champagne for an aperitif whatever the occasion. It can be served with light and refined starters, such as oysters and scallops, or with a main dish, such as Meunière. It is also excellent with local cheeses with a short ripening time, such as Chaource or a creamy Langres.

Beautiful pale golden yellow colour with gentle green reflections, a vibrant, luminous colour. Active effervescence with a persistent release of bubbles. At first very intense on the nose, with fresh fruit notes, particularly ripe citrus fruits. A second refined floral nose with notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches, pineapple). A supple, harmonious attack on the palate, very rounded. Vinosity that is not excessive, supported by excellent freshness. Notes of nectarines, citrus fruits with a pleasant mineral quality in the finish. Long, very refreshing finish.
