Delicate pink color of pomegranate with very slight orange reflections. With an intense but smooth effervescence, it presents a persistent string of fine bubbles. The nose is subtle and fresh, first offering an original palette of tropical fruits such as guava and lychee and small berries (raspberries, cherries and wild strawberries). Followed by notes of rose and pomegranate that complete a profile of complex and intense flavor, dominated by sophisticated primary aromas. In the mouth, the immediate flavor is distinct and complete with the aromas of freshly picked berries are very present. This balance combines a pleasant freshness and a voluptuous body, which is expressed in an elegant touch of mint and pink grapefruit.
