Color: Bright yellow color, refined gold hints. On the palate, the attack is fresh and frank. Then appear the first aromas of fruits with mirabelle tart, candied citrus and roasted pears notes. Finally, refreshing notes of green hazelnuts and almonds arise.
This cuvée can follow: veal, crawfish, scallops. It is an ideal wine for an elaborate dinner.
Structure and character. Provided by the predominance of Pinot Noir and the woody touch, evident in the Veuve Clicquot style. It expresses the unique profile of the 2012 harvest, presenting an extraordinary potential for prolonged aging in the cellar: up to 25 years. It is the 66th vintage since 1810, when Madame Clicquot's first Champagne Vintage was created.
