A supremely refined 1983 Bordeaux, with an excellent deep ruby colour and intense aromas and flavours of cigar box, plum and wild berries; there is even a hint of mint. It is full-bodied, yet very reserved in style, with fine tannins and a seductively long finish
A true Bordeaux legend, a wine elevated to the very pinnacle by Baron Philippe de Rothschild. Rich, opulent and harmonious, it elegantly expresses the quintessential character of its appellation.
