With an extremely pale pink color, this cuvée cultivates elegance, finesse and concentration. On the nose, the chiseled aromas evoke white cherry blossoms, sweet citrus fruits and white fruits (peach, pear). The fresh and generous palate immediately delivers great complexity. The aromas are gradually released and intertwine as the volume in the mouth unfolds. Built on a thread, supported by the natural acidity of the grapes, very long in the mouth, this wine continues to progress by developing elegant bitterness and a dosed salinity.

Its delicacy will highlight the light freshness of a sea bream carpaccio or the chewy flavor of a squid ceviche.
