It is dressed in an elegant green gold color and expresses a full, multifaceted, mineral and extremely fine boquet, floating between notes of butter, peaches, plums, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs, iodine, stones, flowing into a chiseled and memorable mouthfeel.
Grilled and roasted white meats, stews, fish and seafood, quiches, mushroom-based dishes, and mature cheeses.
Coming from vineyards planted in 1929, this Meursault signed by Pacalet is complex and rich in the mouth. On the nose, the highlight is notes of honey, butter, as well as citrus, floral and toasted touches.
