Chablis 1er cru Montée de Tonnerre comes from a terroir that can be classified as grand cru thanks to the quality of the crops produced there. The nose immediately evokes the minerality of this terroir, with beautiful notes of limestone, stone, oyster shell, but also citrus notes. In the mouth it is very lively, tasty, with sublime substance. The grain is salivating. This exceptional Chablis will reveal all its complexity after around ten years

It goes perfectly with andouillette de Troyes, pike with white butter or even salmon carpaccio. Serve at a temperature of 12 degrees.
