One day Martin Millers was drinking gin and tonic with friends in a pub in London and noticed the lack of care and quality with which the drink was served. Martin asked, "Is this how England's national drink is served? You know what I'm going to do? I'll make my own gin!" So he said it and he did.Martin Millers did not just want to make another Gin in the middle of the new wave of gins, he wanted to make the best Gin of all. For this he did not look at ways to achieve the ends. It innovated in the distillation methods - it separated the ingredients to obtain a more intense flavor of each one, and more importantly, it used the purest water of all. And where is the purest water of all? In Iceland. Martin knew that Iceland's water was not polluted and was the mildest of all waters. This was exactly the water that Martin Millers chose for his Gin and did not panic in the distance: as the water could not travel to the distillery, distillery production was taken from England to Iceland where gin is bottled.How to serve: The most usual is serving gin tonic with Martin Millers gin with a lemon peel and slightly squeezed juniper seeds.
