Carpano Bianco has a slightly yellowish color, a fresh and complex aroma of a wine with mineral characteristics, plus a citrus flavor and exotic fruits. The aroma of this Carpano is complete with notes of fresh cocoa and almonds. The palate is initially smooth and velvety, becoming persistent and delicious.
It should ideally be served cold, simple with ice and a slice of grapefruit.
Antonio Beneddetto Carpano invented vermouth in 1786, combining plants and spices with muscatel wine. This is the most fragrant and aromatic of the Carpano family.
