Cinzano Vermouth is an aromatised wine, first created in 1757 by Giovanni Cinzano. It is made from a base of quality Italian white or red wine, alcohol and sugar - later infused with a secret combination of herbs and spices, including corlander, juniper, orange peel, cloves nutmeg ans the all-important absinthe. Should be served cold.
