The result is convincing in its delicacy and elegance. The notes of roasted almonds are enhanced by the more bitter aromas of coffee and cocoa, heightened by the sweetness of vanilla and cinnamon. With little sugar present, amaretto offers truly unique flavours that retain their purity.
In order to enjoy all its aromas, we suggest you to taste this liqueur well chilled, on ice or in cocktails. Don't hesitate to play with its tones: salty, floral or bitter by combining it with different tonics, bitters and toppings.
The resulting liqueur, although already very tasty, is combined with vanilla, a little cinnamon, cocoa and a touch of coffee. But it would not be complete without the very special and personal addition of sea salt from Margherita di Savoia, as if to pay homage to the Adriatic Sea, which is an integral part of the local landscape and which lulled Jean-Robert Bellanger's childhood.
