Straw-yellow, with nuances of green, fruity with scents of green apple and pear, and lemon zest, smooth floral notes of almond flowers. Pleasantly aromatic, fresh and slightly sapid. Harmonious in the mouth, well balanced and basically smooth.

It is a wine for every occasion. A tip: croutons with salmon and thyme butter.
This light and pleasantly fruity sparkling wine recalls in its scents the most ancient version of Prosecco wine, that is “sur lie”. The grapes are carefully hand picked in the property vineyards surronding our winery. The yield is intentionally limited to obtain less clusters that can reach in this way the ideal maturation. Clusters acquire a straw-yellow, nearly amber colour, and the grapes are sweet with a honey flavour.
