The amateur will find here all the flavors of nebbiolo. This wine was made from fifteen-year-old vines planted at an altitude of 500 meters and facing north. Here, the grapes grown organically and harvested by hand are carefully vinified by Giulia Negri, a young and talented winemaker also nicknamed “Barolo Girl”. This favors fermentation initiated by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats (in order to preserve the purity of the notes of the fruit), then aging for 14 months in vats and 500 L barrels, large containers which are intended not to do not mark the wine too much.
