Color: translucent. Aroma: rich and smooth initial nose characterized by notes of cashew nuts, licorice, mint and raspberry; after breathing, it develops elegantly into vegetable notes, almonds and citrus fruits (lemon); then coriander, coconut and lychee culminate in a grand finale. Mouth: on the palate, very lively, returns to dried fruit (date, almond), while a handful of very mild spices bring some energy (cinnamon, cardamom). The very vegetable finish also evokes a very ripe pear; at the end of the palate, the smoothness of the corn and the special character of the malted barley are perfectly reproduced.
