Nose: Malty, notes of cooked apples, porridge oats, pear, beeswax and honey. Palate: Rich and malty. This is a simple blend, but one of great quality and balance. Notes of orange zest, toffee and oak, with hints of peanut butter and cocoa. Finish: Decent length with stewed fruits, cloves, a hint of cinnamon and digestive biscuits.
