This 'white' brandy does not purposely age in barrels in order to preserve and accentuate the fresh notes of the variety, as well as its unique silky texture. Gardenia, fresh raisins from Alicante Bouschet, jasmine, sandalwood, myrrh, rose petals are just some of the fresh and complex notes that emerge from this young and exquisitely smooth Bagaceira, traditionally produced.

Serve after meals, alone or as an accompaniment to the famous Portuguese ‘bica’ (the best espresso coffee, originating in the former colonies over the centuries).
