This brandy has great aromatic complexity and a striking, enveloping and prolonged finish. It has a rich and intense bouquet with aromas of dried fruits, wood and vanilla, with notes of roasted grain and spices. The finish is warm and very smooth, bringing out a beautiful combination of flavors extracted from the various woods during aging.

This brandy is the result of a careful selection of the best wine brandies obtained by traditional methods and an aging in oak wood that sums up the more than 75-year tradition of Caves da Cerca in the production and aging of exceptional brandies. Aging is done in a perfect combination of new and used barrels of Iberian, French and American oak with various types of grain and different types of toast. The aging time allows to obtain a rich, delicate, smooth and complex product.
