It is a traditional Portuguese liqueur made from alcohol and obtained from the maceration of sour cherry fruit, a fruit very similar to cherry, both in appearance and taste, and which uses only natural products, without any artificial preservatives in its production. This liqueur is a mix of sweet and bitter with a touch of cinnamon. Due to its sweetness, it is very easy to drink.
