Bright and crystalline golden brown color with golden reflections. It presents a characteristic, complex bouquet of great aromatic intensity, revealing a set of dried fruits, such as figs and plums, with notes of almonds and wood, subtly complemented by caramelized and vanilla notes. Notes of cinnamon and sweet spices. The attack is semi-sweet, with a great balance between sugars and acidity, smooth and soft, with notes of fruit cake, liqueur and candied fruits. Pleasant and persistent aftertaste, very smooth, with notes of honey and gingerbread cookies

SERVING & CELLARAGE

It's an excellent accompaniment to foie gras and cheeses like aged gouda or blue cheese, but it also pairs extremely well with nuts, dried fruit and fruitcake and crème brûlée.
