Ruby Porto ages in oak vats and stainless steel vats. Deep ruby-red color with a garnet halo. Vibrant nose, full of young and fruity aromas. In the mouth it is firm, smooth and balanced, showing great freshness and vigor.
Served simply, cold or with ice, it is excellent as an aperitif and can also be enjoyed at any time of the day. Ideal with chocolate-based cheeses and sweets.
Calem Fine Ruby is young and full of energy. Produced by mixing several recent harvests, the original characteristics of the grapes were maintained due to the poor contact with the wood, ensuring a deep ruby color and a bouquet of red berries. It ages from 3 to 4 years in oak casks. Of ruby color, it presents fruity and young aromas. In the mouth it is soft, elegant and balanced.
