Brick--]red colour. Intense and fruity on the nose, with aromas of syrup fruit well matched with notes of spice and dried fruit. In the mouth it is silky and elegant, a perfect example of a Burmester Colheita. Long finish with a surprisingly refreshing acidity.

Served slightly chilled, it will reveal all its fineness and sophistication when accompanied by, for example, a piece of beef stuffed with dried fruit and foie gras, and desserts made with caramel, dried fruit and spice, such as caramel fondant, creme brulee and medium--]strength cheeses.
